Join us on a creative, year-long story experiment- the Post Card Story event.
Once a month, send a postcard to someone, with part of a story. Get a postcard in the mail with parts of a story written for you!
In 12 months, have 12 parts of a story, for a gathering to be held in December, where we can share the whole story.
Tickets are $30 inc booking fee.
For your entry fee you will be sent:
A baker’s dozen of blank postcards.
12 stamps to post to your reader.
The contact details of your reader
The postcards are blank on both sides. This allows you either a lot more writing space or a chance to add your own art to enhance the story. The measurements will be emailed to everyone so you can easily use online graphical apps.

It will say the event closes on the 31st of October, but this is just when the ticket window closes. This gives us November to organise the packages to be sent out to you. It also means you can get planning your big story before the new year hits us.
There will be a special Postcard Story storytelling session in December, a Chai’n’Write session just for you, so we can discuss what kinds of stories work, what to do with your postcards, and answer any questions you may have.
